Any time a person can be identified in a photo, permission must be given in writing before publishing their picture in your book.  This is even more important with children. It is also necessary to get permission from a pet or other animal’s owner well. Picky Press offers legal “Model Release Forms” for adults, and also for minor children. Also included are “Pet Photo Consent Forms”. Our Form Pack includes two different sets, one set for printing out physical copies to sign in person, the other set for emailing with fillable form fields attached. Be sure to look over the Read Me file that comes within the zip. It contains copy/paste instructions for you to add for the email forms to ensure that the recipient saves and sends it back properly.
